Only here could someone have the idea of re-surfacing the road at the "fanaria" in the middle of July.
Why???????
They have had the whole year to do it.
Do they get some twisted satisfaction out of doing things at the worst possible time?
What a fantastic welcome to the town that was for visitors. Angry drivers, policemen everywhere, traffic gridlocked. Not even the scooters could move.
Who makes these decisions?
